so I was supposed to head out but as life goes my door got stuck so I had to play watchdog for the rest of the night and scavenge for food at home
basically washed, scrubbed, cut the potato, then dumped approximate amounts of from what I recall was smashed minced garlic, rosemary, oregano, italian herbs, paprika, black pepper and salt, stirring in olive oil- then popping them on a foil into the broiler at 218degC and for about 20 minutes
